Due to the heat we are pushing back the therapy rides 30mins. Volunteers please arrive at 6pm. Riders who had a 6pm start should arrive at 6:30pm. 7pm at 7:30pm, etc. Note: If the heat index is over 100 the rides may be shortened to help keep our volunteers safe - by giving them a few minutes to get water and cool down between rides.
