If you have not contacted Kathryn to let her know you would like your child to ride, please do so NOW!  A note from your physician is required, stating that your
child is physically able to participate in therapy based horseback riding, in order to ride.  Ff you have already
picked up your doctor’s note, be sure to contact Kathryn to let her know.  You can fax your doctor’s approval note to (336) 634-1559.

Kathryn will email your child’s ride time prior to April 8th!
